CPEC works on association with the customer and hence any losses for the customer is a direct field loss for us, each & every orders are inspected on a systematic protocol set by our Engineers to ensure smooth supply chain and Ontime Delivery.
Effective Inspection Process followed By CPEC
- Vendor Access Management Audit
- Incoming/First Article Inspection
- Inprocess Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Pre-shipment Inspection & Container Loading checks
Our Auditors will perform VAM Audits for factories before boarding them as supplier, followed by the steps of on-site inspections. Our Reports are Photos & Videography based and we’ll ensure parts to meet with quality before shipping. By carrying out in-process and pre-shipment examinations we identify issues at the factory with the goals of shipping less or zero faults while reducing counteractive action time and eradicating the sources.
1. Incoming/First Article Inspection:
Ensuring that product conditions are being met and avoids needless re-engineering.
2. In-Process Inspections
By examining samples of our products picked while in the manufacturing process, these on-site inspections confirm the quality of our products, while giving you the time to make any needed changes. This saves your business on reworking time and costs.
